NWT Altar’d State Boho mini dress (S)

This cutie has such a happy print and color scheme with adorable fringed sleeves. It’s lightweight and the bottom skirt is lined. It slips on and there are no buttons or zips. The waistline has a thin elastic cinching the middle. The PTP is 17 1/2” and the length is 32”. The waist unstretched is 12 1/2”, fully stretched it is 17”. (Double it for the waist measurement) To look correct, I’d say in between that would look right. The fabric is 100% polyester. Dry clean or machine wash cold, gentle, drip dry. Super cute and would look amazing with some knee boots and vest!
