NWT America eagle shorts size 2 for woman/juniors

These are a bit longer shorts and I purchased these from TJ max. I’d like to try and at least get what I paid for them back. The tag is still attached. They are America eagle size 2 Bermuda shorts and they are very comfortable with a good stretch to the fabric. Nothing is wrong with them. I don’t see any tears or rips. I would say that they seem to run a tad bit bigger than a size 2.
