NWT Amma designs Tunic Top size S

This is a NWT top that came from my (now closed) shop. It is an independant designer based out of LA, and I was able to pick from a large variety of prints and styles to purchase. This print is vibrant and bold, and the high/low hem, as well as the neck line, is adorned with tulle fabric. Very fun and flirty. Please see pics for measurements.
