This NWT dress by Angie Girls is a size small. The small is a 7-8 fit in this brand & guide says 55-65 lbs. Fabric is 100% rayon. This dress features cold shoulders leading into layered ruffle sleeves. The front neckline has a small triangular keyhole cutout. The back neckline is fully cutout & connected only by a tie across neckline. It is a flowy dress that is super duper cute. This is a precious dress!! I marked this as an 8 in Girls, because that's what the small fits. But it is a SMALL!!!
