NWT Ann Taylor top retails for $78. I'm borderline petite (wear mostly regular size), it's a little short in the torso/chest area for me. Black tie neck halter tank top has a draped layer and beautiful contrasting colors of magenta, purple, olive, cream and rusty brown. Laid flat, chest is 14" across and top center of bust to hem is 18.25". Machine wash, dry low heat.
