NWT tag skirt, maxi in back mini in front. Lined with a mini slip. Front looks like a wrap style. Elastic waist for stretch. Perfect w a body suit or tank top. Navy blue color in a flowy lightweight crepey fabric. Hangs nicely. Tag says S but I believe this would fit an xs more comfortably. Please note: my mannequin is very tall hence why the skirt looks so short.
