New with tags Anneliese A-Cordell Fabric Upper black zip up ankle boots are size 8M. I called them Slouch since I’m not sure what they are called. It’s like they have wrinkles on front. One has the wrinkles more pronounced than the other. On the inner side the boots zip up. On the outer side is elastic. Outsole has a tread. Any dirt on them is from the store. Made in China. Fabric upper man made outsole with fabric coating.
