NWT Anthropologie brand Line + Dot black knit drape front vest. Hangs dramatically low with long fringe at the bottom. A black button adorns each shoulder. The tags say S & XS, but honestly they’re more of a OS as I put on the small and it fit just fine (and I wear a Large).
