NWT Anthropologie Eri + Ali Black Mixed Fabric Long Top XS

New, with tag. Black, 100% cotton. The top is a cotton knit top and the bottom ruffle is a gauze type. Edges on the short sleeves and where the ruffle starts as well as the bottom of the ruffle are unfinished. I lightened on the sleeve in an attempt to show unfinished edges. Size extra small, 21" from underarm to underarm unstretched and is 27" long.
