sweet_tboutique @beeline1 Good morning! I am out of town right now but I don’t recall the skirt being silky at all, but as a crisp woven cotton. I will be back home tomorrow and can feel it again and give you any other thoughts on it then if that’s ok. Also, if you would like any additional photos I could take them though idk if you would get more info on the fabric from that :)

sweet_tboutique @beeline1 of course! I am home now and have the skirt out—I would describe it as a true summer woven cotton so crisp with a shape to it. The stitching and finishing is very nicely done and there is a soft poly lining in it. Says made in the Philippines. I hope that helps a bit!
