I don’t know the exact waist measurement but it is sized as a small and according to the website side guide, size small fits a waist size of 26-28”. I’m a size 27” waist and it fits my waist great, it’s just too tight in the butt area (I have an hourglass shape with a smaller waist and big butt). Denim is soft - I’d say the stretch is medium. Not super stretchy, but not rigid like Levi’s denim. Hope this helps!
