August Silk plum/wine colored full length formal dress/gown. Sleeveless dress with sheer bodice above the chest. Silk charmeuse, with silk organza sheer bodice. Zip back, with 13.5” slit in back. Measurements (laying flat), and see photos: Bust: 18” Waist: 16.5” Hips: 20” I bought this in London in late 90’s and have kept it hoping to have an occasion to wear it, but it’s time to pass it on. It’s a very classic style and is absolutely gorgeous for today. You could also shorten it and wear as cocktail dress. Note original price tag from Selfridge’s is in pounds not dollars. And size on the Selfridge’s tag is UK size 14, which is a US 10 (which is on the dress tag). Go with measurements to be sure.
