NWT Avenue Green Shrug

Brand new with tag! Size 18/20. Green short sleeve shrug from Avenue. Has a cute woven design on the edges with tie. 100% cotton. Lightweight and breathable. There is a very small pen mark on the back that is barely noticeable and likely would come out once washed (shown in last picture).
