NWT BB Dakota Button down dress

NWT, never worn- size xsmall. I bought this final sale and it’s too long on me. I’m 5-3” would look great on someone taller. It fits more like a small but could work as a casual, loose fit xsmall. It has button downs the front from neckline to the bottom of the dress so you could style as you please- even wear tied as a shirt.
