Reposhing this item I purchased from @alexarhae_. I loved it, but sadly it did not fit. High neck, bell sleeves, tie around waist with belt loops, lined except for sleeves, stretchy waist Measurements - length is 33.5", armpit to armpit is 18", waist is 13-16" because of stretch, sleeves are 22.5"
