I am not sure if the skirt is considered high-waisted, but approximate measurements are: Waist diameter: 32" (inside/ around). Waist Width: 16" (flat, across, seam to seam). Hip Width goes from: 20.5" - 21" (flat, across, seam to seam). Zipper Length: 6.5" (flat, top to zipper base). Lower back slit Length: 6" (slit top to hem). Total Length: 24" (front, flat, top seam to hem).
