NWT 100% cotton brown/ blue Gorgeous short sleeve flower print dress bought this dress for a family reunion and I never used it. Pictures don’t do it justice it has beautiful cotton embroidered flowers please see pictures Zips in back and is fully lined and is so figure flattering,has a bit of tule lining at bottom for fullness.
