NWT drape top from Iz Byer! Elegant B&W overlay design with fluttering sleeves over top built-in black tank. The piece also includes a necklace which clips into the neckline of the shirt (removable for wash). Size XL. Overlay is 100% polyester, and tank is 95% rayon & 5% spandex.
