This is NWT size M womans sundress, ties up the front bust with kimono sleeves and a fun open back. It measures:16” from shoulder to shoulder, 18” across bust ( can be made bigger with ties) and approximately at the smallest is 28” the waist has ALOT of give and is elastic. The skirt portion is approximately 17” from waist.
