Banana Republic Gray "deep" V Neck dress, made out of a thick, stretchy material, that has cute ruffling around the neck (although a little flat in my photos, due to it hanging in the closet for a while), a slimming band around the waist, and pockets. Hidden side zip closure. Measurements (unstretched) Length: 38.25" Bust: 17.5" Waist: 15.5" Depth of V Neck from shoulder: 9.5" although the ruffles cover the bottom inch, so only 8.5" showing.
