NWT Banana Republic Silk Green Puff Sleeves Top, Size Medium

This cute top is 100% silk, but not the shiny silk more of a cotton silk. It has puff sleeves that are gathered on the bottom with a fringe and the whole neck line is ruched. Top is machine washable. Measurements are taken while hung length 23 inches, sleeves 14.5 inches and pit to pit approximately 19 inches.
