New with tags Banana Republic black textured skirt in size 2. Never worn and retails $59. The skirt is knee length or a little below the knee, it measures 24 inches in length total. The waist measures 13 inches across. There is a zipper and clasp on the back of the skirt to close it around the waist. There is another zipper on the back (bottom) of the skirt to adjust the size of slit.
