NWT Banana Republic dress with show-stopper back!

This navy & white dress is old Hollywood glamor with a modern twist! It hugs all the right curves, but the real show-stopper is the back with cut-out straps that form a contrast deep V to expose just the right amount of skin & show off your gorgeous shoulders! I bought it too large planning to have it altered, but the alterations will cost as much as the dress itself; I have to let it go.
