These are a high rise extra wide leg pair of relaxed fit trousers. The tag says high rise but it fits me more like a mid rise. The fabric is like a heavy suiting fabric. the front is pleated, the back waist has elastic.

@nurseamt hi! sorry for the slow response, they feel like wool but are actually a 68% Polyester 30% Rayon/viscose 2% spandex blend. I'll add a photo of the tag and care to the listing. let me know if you have any other questions :)
