Brand new with tags Bar III brand dress. Style is long sleeves and mini length skirt. High neckline with ruffle detailing and slit below that. Puff sleeves with elastic at the ends. Cinched in waist with tie string and smocking on back. Pattern is a tiny floral print in black, white, and light pink. Fully lined. Size large.
