Pretty blouse by Batsheva! It’s in a beautiful blue bramble print by Laura Ashley! It has a ruffle trimming the sleeves, collar, and snap and tie closures down the front, ending at the natural waist, which remains open. NWT, it’s a Batsheva 12 - the bust is cut quite small IMO. The length measures approx 24.5”, bust 20”.
