New with tags. French terry sweatpant material lounge shorts from Japanese brand Beams+. Two welt pockets with substantial pocket bags, two back patch pockets, crotch gusset. Measurements included in the pics, but don't let the flat waist measurement fool you—because there's no elastic in the waistband, these can stretch out quite a bit. See pics for example. I wear a 34-35" jean (flat measurement x2) and I believe these are the correct size for me—It's just that they'd require me to tie the drawstring. Retail was $100 and I don't believe these are available anymore.
