NWT CeCe blouse bought at Nordstrom. Shoulder to hem is 31 inches. Pit to pit is 17 inches. Sleeve length is 23 inches which also has a ruffle at the edges. Solid black with mock turtle. Sleeves have beautiful floral print. Body is 96% polyester and 5% spandex. Sleeves are 100% polyester. Size small. Original price $69, paid $41
