NWT. I purchased this dress at a high-end boutique in Argentina. But never got to wear it as I didn't have time to hem it before the event I purchased it for. The top is lined and lightly padded so you wouldn't need a bra. Straps are removable. The fabric is a delicate satin/ silk fabric.
