NWT Bebe 100% Silk Dress / Tunic

NWT Bebe dress. Size Small. Can be worn as dress/tunic. Wider neck, can have slight off the shoulder look. Cinched bottom and sleeve (pictured). 100% silk. Never worn. Store did not have printed tag (my size was only available on the display) store associate made up a tag as a result in case I wanted to return. It was the last one and I wanted it ! Machine washable. For reference I am a medium and this size fit well. (Fit larger than expected) Original price $110.00 plus tax.
