NWT Bella Berry 100% acrylic beaded embroidered and sequins long sleeve

NWT Bella Berry, 100% acrylic beaded, embroidered, and sequins long sleeve cardigan/blouse. The buttons 💕 this piece is beautiful as shown in the picture there are three small spots. I'm not sure what they are other than that perfect condition. There's also an extra button on the tag if needed.
