The floral lace is so cute. I found it slips over my head just fine, but it does have a 1/2 zipper in the back that zips all the way down to the waistline. This dress is ADORABLE to say the least. It's comfy, has a but of stretch, and the flare when you spin is perfect! It's crisp white color would look stunning as a quick, informal wedding or alongside the bride, or keep it casual for a cocktail party or wedding attendee. Stunning for any special occasion, graduation, anniversary, date night, work, school, interview, etc. Great for vacation, looks amazing with a tan... take it to the beach, wear it to a concert or your favorite festival, it's washable!
