This is a NWT Betsey Johnson shoulder bag made of quilted black faux leather. The tag says it is called XOLINKS. Measurements -strap drop 6.5" to the very top of the bag but then 14" to where the inside of the bag starts 17" height to top of bag then 10" to top of where the inside of bag is width 15.6" depth 6"
