Lovely Navy Blue Dress. Bought at Macys for a ball but ended up going with a different one. A great mix of elegance with a subtle sexiness from the cutouts. Could work great at a black tie affair or also a prom. Sparkling with a cutout illusion yoke and tasteful use of sequins, the dress has an attached embellished brooch at the waist. Hidden back zipper closure, hook-andy-eye at back neck. Round neckline with sweetheart cutout at bust with cap sleeves. Bust is padded with sequined illusion lace at front and back yoke.
