royalreplikate @shamoniquey1117 Hi, the bust armpit to armpit is 16.5” The waist is 13.5” and the fabric has a slight stretch in the bust/waist area. The sleeves are chiffon and do not have stretch but they are party open with slits down the sleeves. Hope this helps.
