NWT Black Ann Taylor Fitted Dress

Black dress by Ann Taylor, size medium. The material is stretchy with a fitted skirt. The top is cut more loosely and gathered at the waist. I love the short sleeves- they have a cute cutout at the shoulder! Great dress for work or event! Never worn, it’s too big for me. Length from Shoulder to Hem approx 40”
