NWT Black Belted Y&R Button Up Mini Skirt

New with tags, Young & Reckless black, belted, button up mini skirt size XS. Buttons are functional and so is the belt. The inside is lined and the outside is a heavy layer that feels really similar to suede. My daughter never could fit into it. Waist is approx 24” and length top to bottom is approx 15”.
