NWT Black Elegant V-Neck Dress

NWT Bought this dress in London, and never wore it. It has a nice open v-neck front and back. The arms are sheer and then the rest of dress has a nice black lace detail to it. Has a tie around the back that gives it the elegant bow tie look.
