NWT Black Faux Velvet Zippered Sleeveless Vest

NWT Black 100% Cotton vest that has a faux Velour or faux Velvet/ velveteen feel. I believe it is cotton velour as it has a very short pile. There are two front pockets with buttons but they do not snap, they're just open pockets. Also the angled pockets at the waistline are just decorative.
