NWT Black Maxi with Cut Out

NWT Cute black maxi with cap sleeves and a cut midriff cut out with a tie detail. The dress is size 8 but would easily fit a 10 as the waist is elastic. I am 5’4” and it goes all the way to the floor I would need to wear heels or wedges with it. I am a true size 10 and it fits great, I’m only selling as I have not had a place to wear it and it’s sitting in my closet with tags on it! The last picture is not the same dress and is just for reference.
