NWT Black Mesh-top New York and Company Dress

This new with tags dress has some stretch and a body-con shape. The metal zipper at the back adds interest. The mesh at the top is very elegant and would probably work with either a strapless bra or one with very slim or clear straps. Very comfortable, but I have too many little black dresses and decided to part with this one!
