Brand New with tags. Has been kept in the closet. Long chiffon overlay top. Size 1X. Shoulder to shoulder measures approximately 18" across the back. 42" from top of seam to hem down the back. There are 2 places where they may have been "picked" by the label. No run in the fabric. Comes with a chiffon belt as well (not shown in the pictures) Great with leggings and jeans.
