Adorable black and white dress with bright pink waistband. Dress is new with tags. Short sleeve dress has black bodice with white polka dots. Dress has black and white striped skirt with dropped pleats. Dress has bright pink attached waistband. Pink color is brighter than shown in pic. Dress has gold toned back zipper. Dress is fully lined. Euro size 42/ US 12. Dress has minor snags at neckline near zipper stop shown in pic 5. Not noticeable when worn. Machine wash or dry clean.
