NWT Black and White Dress by A. Byer

Black and white polka dot print A. Byer dress. Hidden side zip, front and back pleats, ties in back, lined, lightly padded cups, sweetheart neckline. It's a bit small on my dress form, which is a size 6/8. Would probably work best on a 4/6. The lining has a few inches of gathered tulle for added fullness, but it has been removed. Otherwise unaltered.
