NWT Black beaded neck Express dress

Fun and flirty black dress from Express! NWT and never worn, beads at neck are in brand new condition, no flaws. Hand wash only. Spaghetti straps are adjustable. Black see-through outer layer is very wide and flowy, while black inside layer is skin tight. Two layers are sewn together at bottom but could easily be cut apart. Armpit to armpit: approx. 16" Armpit to hem: approx. 26" Diameter of inner layer at thighs: approx. 20", very stretchy inner material.
