NWT Black floral skirt

NWT black floral skirt. Almost looks like it’s a wrap skirt because of the front overlay . Has cute ruffle detailing at bottom. Hard to see in pictures. Elastic on the back of waistband. Length is about 15 1/2 inches. Waist measures about 13 inches but has stretch due to elastic on the back of waistband . Colors may be slight different than pictures
