NWT: Black satin rhinestone halter lace-up maxi dress

Brand new, never worn. I ordered this on final sale, didn’t wear it to the event and couldn’t return it. In mint condition. Full length black dress. Size XL but it’s a XL in the smaller side. I usually wear a women’s size 10 for comparison.
