New with tags Talbots size 12 black silk dress crossover faux wrap bodice, tie belt which can be removed, back kick split, zipper back, straps have bra snaps to hold under garments in place. Fitted pencil skirt fit hits just below knee. Please pay close attention to measurements as there is NO stretch in material. Pit to pit 19 inches; waist 16 inches; hips 21 inches.

the tag say its a 12- is it a 10 or 12? Thanks

@taradenman it is a size 12 on the tag.. however it runs small .. the skirt part is more of a pencil skirt fit. happy to include measurements if you are interested.
