NWT Bloom Chic Ruched Drawstring Black Dress Sz. 2XL (20)

New with tags. Bought awhile back & tried on but it didn’t fit. Bloom Chics 2XL equals to a size 20 according to tag. See approximate measurements below to ensure fit. I did cut the drawstrings on shoulders & front on dress to make shorter. They were obnoxiously long! So its a rough cut on the strings (see pic)Not noticeable. Ruched drawstring shoulders & front side of dress. No material tag but feels like polyester. Found a very similar, if not same dress on temu & that is the dress shown on the person pic. Approximate Measurements: Chest across: 25” Waist: 21” Length from shoulder to the hem without the ruche: 36.5”
