NWT Blue Adrianna Papell beaded mesh and chiffon midi cocktail dress

The color of this dress is beautiful and perfect for Spring and Summer. Tag calls it Blue Heather and it is from Adrianna Papell. Dress is NWT and tagged a size 10. Make sure to check measurements as always. Dress is lined except for the sheer beaded top and sleeves. Hidden zipper down the back. I do not see a materials tag which is odd. The hang tag says this was hand beaded. I did have this in a bin so the skirting is a bit wrinkley. This will come out the longer it stays hung up.
